A noble lady in a mauve coloured dress with her powdered hair pinned up. Her coiffure is decorated with an elaborate flower arrangement and lace. The portrait is set in an original gold and silver frame and decorated with rhinestones.
The portrait depicts Louise Aglaé Confland d´Armentières and was painted by Nicolas Lafrensen (1737-1807). His works can be found at the Louvre and the National Museum of Stockholm.
